DescriptionExp-1 To demonstrate that sound require a medium to transmit.
Exp-2 To demonstrate the atmospheric pressure.
Bell experiment : A sound wave is a longitudinal wave and it requires a material medium to transmit. Sound originates from bell. As the air is pumped out of the sealed bell jar, the sound from the bell jar fades. After sometime, no more sound is heard from the bell.
