Electromagnetism
The focus is on electricity and magnetism, including electric fields, magnetic fields, electromagnetic forces, conductors and dielectrics, electromagnetic waves, and the nature of light.
Kit for Magnetism Experiments
Kit for magnetism experiments is designed for demonstrating the basic experiments of magnetism and is very useful for classroom demonstration purpose.
MAGNETIC FIELD IN HELMHOLTZ COIL
Principle and Working:
The magnetic field of the coil arrangement is rotationally symmetrical about the axis of the coils, which is chosen as the x-axis of a system of cylindrical coordinates (x, r, Φ). The origin is at the centre of the system. The magnetic flux density does not depend on the angle Φ, so only the components Bx (x, r) and Br (x, r) are measured.
In the present setup, a fairly uniform magnetic field is to use a pair of circular coils on a common axis with equal currents flowing in the same logic. For a given coil radius, you can calculate the separation needed to give the most uniform central field.
MAGNETIC FILED ALONG THE AXIS
Principle and Working:
The magnetic field along the axis of coils of different dimensions is measured with a digital gauss meter with axial probe.
In the present setup, the relationship between the maximum field strength and different point on the axis of a single coil with different dimensions are investigated and a comparison is made between the measured and the theoretical effects of position.

Ring Launcher
Ring Launcher demonstrates the Lenz's law and effects of electromagnetically induced currents.
TRANSFORMER KIT
In order to demonstrate the basic principles of the A.C. Transformer and also the basics of various experiments in electromagnetism by means of different coils & cores using direct or alternating current, this apparatus is constructed. Coils are made of enamelled copper wire wound around on plastic bobbins with 4mm terminals connections.
All the components fit together to allow for assembly of the arrangements required to demonstrate motor & braking effects on the dissectible transformer.
WESTMINSTER KIT
This Kit designed to perform the basic experiments in Electromagnetism. A group of 8 students can perform an experiment in classroom.
