These resistance boxes incorporate specially designed switches for precision and rapid measurement of resistance. The dial assembly is mounted on a panel and enclosed in a box for protection from dust and acid fumes.
Salient features:- It uses metallic film resistance which is better than coils.

DECADE RESISTANCE BOX
It is housed in a metal box. Three dial knobs are mounted on a panel having range (0 - 10) x 0.1Ω, (0 - 10) x 1Ω, (0 - 10) x 10Ω.
PLUG TYPE RESISTANCE BOXES
Interchangeable taper plugs and having brass metal blocks. Using constantan wire resistances. Fitted in a nicely polished wooden box.

POST OFFICE BOX
Each ratio arm has resistance of 10, 100 and 1000 ohms. The series arm has a resistance of 11110 x 1 ohm given by 16 coils. Battery and galvanometer keys are provided.

Suitable for educational and industrial purposes. Simple to understand, separate keys for standardisation and testing.
Total range : 0 to 1.75 volts in steps of 0.005V

WHEATSTONE BRIDGE PORTABLE
This test set has been designed to provide an accurate and sensitive instrument for measurement of resistance and locating faults in cables by adopting the Murray or Varley loop circuit for tests. This set is entirely self contained with dry battery and a galvanometer. The instrument is equipped with another switch controlling the sensitivity or short circuiting the Galvanometer. Arrangement has been provided to use the extra Galvanometer or the high source voltage for increasing the sensitivity of the bridge. Range : 0.001 ohms to 11.11 megohms.
RESISTANCE SUBSTITUTION BOX
It is housed in a plastic case with 4 mm sockets. This unit include 12 - position switches which select resistance in the range 470 kΩ 220 kΩ, 100 kΩ, 47 kΩ, 22 kΩ, 10 kΩ,2.2 kΩ, 4.7 kΩ, 1 kΩ, 470 Ω, 220 Ω and 100 Ω.
RESISTANCE SUBSTITUTION BOARD
It consists of twelve resistors of 33 ohm, 100 ohm, 330 ohm, 1k ohm , 3.3k ohm, 10k ohm, 33k ohm, 100k ohm, 330k ohm, 1M ohm, 3.3M ohm, 10M ohm mounted on a board which can be easily selected by means of a rotary switch. Connections via 4mm sockets. Board dimensions: 120 x 65 mm (L x W)
